1. Who processes your data

Websy (getwebsy.net), a digital marketing, web design, and branding agency operating in the Dominican Republic, is responsible for processing the data you send us through this site. Contact: customerwebsy@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

  • Full name, email address, and phone number.
  • Company or brand name, if you choose to provide it.
  • If you have a website: the web address you provide, so we can run an automated analysis.
  • Services of interest, desired site type, estimated budget, timeline, and any message you write.
  • Date and time of submission, and the results of your website's automated analysis.

3. Automated website analysis

When you indicate that you already have a website and provide its address, our system publicly visits that URL to review technical and content aspects (security, response speed, titles, headings, images, indexing, and structured data). We only read public information; we do not access private areas or modify anything. The results are saved alongside your request and used to prepare your diagnostic report and our proposal.

4. How we use your data

  • To create and deliver the diagnostic report or proposal you requested.
  • To contact you via email, phone, or WhatsApp for commercial follow-up.
  • To internally classify your request and assign it to the right specialist.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Data retention and security

We keep your request as long as there is an ongoing commercial relationship or interest, and for a maximum of 24 months from our last contact. Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access restricted to the Websy team.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, as well as opt out of commercial communications, by writing to customerwebsy@gmail.com. We process these requests within a maximum of 15 business days.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site may use traffic and conversion measurement tools to understand how our pages are used. You can block cookies from your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.
